Delivery Options

We offer nationwide delivery to our South African customers through three delivery channels:

  • Courier Door to Door Economy Delivery
  • PostNet to PostNet Branch Delivery
  • Post Office to Post Office Branch Delivery

You get free Courier Door to Door Delivery if your total order value (including any discounts) is more than R450.  You may still choose whichever shipping method is convenient for you at checkout.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time of your order will depend on the delivery address.  If the delivery address is in a main centre, then you can expect delivery between 1 - 3 working days.  If you live in outlying areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.  Bulk items and heavy goods also stretch the delivery time between 3 - 5 working days.

Our courier partner (the Courier Guy) will deliver to your physical address from Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm.  Should you wish delivery to your office, make sure to enter the address of your office at checkout.  Be advised that there will be no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Note that couriers cannot deliver to plots, farms, chain stores, mines, embassies and to some outlying towns and townships.  We will contact you to make alternative arrangements if the couriers cannot deliver to your address.

POSTNET TO POSTNET BRANCH DELIVERY

We can deliver to your nearest PostNet branch using the Postnet courier service.  We ship to the nearest branch to your registered address.  You can expect delivery withing 2 to 4 working days.  Our PostNet shipping rates are as follows:

Note that the maximum weight per item that can be delivered by PostNet is 15 kg. If your order weighs more than 15 kg, your order may be distributed into multiple waybills.  

 

POST OFFICE TO POST OFFICE BRANCH DELIVERY

We can deliver to your nearest Post Office branch.  We ship to the nearest branch to your registered address.  Post Office shipping takes approximately 4 to 7 working days.  Our Post Office shipping rates are as follows:

Late Deliveries:

A number of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to load shedding, hijacking, strikes, adverse weather, COVID-19 protocols, etc. could result in delay in delivery of your order.  We never plan for such delays, however they can occur.  It should be noted however, that such delays as a result of factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation of orders which have already been shipped.
